Care Philosophy:
I strive to meet my patients where they are at when they walk in the door and work towards meeting their personal goals. I truly enjoy learning from my patients and building relationships.

Outside the Clinic:
I enjoy being outside as much as possible (when the temperature is above degrees). Running and hiking are two of my favorite outdoor activities but I also enjoy rock climbing, going to the beach as well as traveling and playing tourist in my home state and beyond.
