Balance Bootcamp is a circuit-style group fitness class focused on improving balance, strength, and confidence with everyday movement. Classes are appropriate for individuals who are able to walk safely without an assistive device. We now offer two class times at different locations to increase access.
Tuesdays | 11:15–12:15PM 📍 Gymnasium in the same building as the Saco Clinic 15 Lund Rd, Saco
Wednesdays | 2:00–3:00PM 📍 @Basics – 380 Western Ave (Group Fitness Space)
Counter Force is a high-intensity group exercise, education, and wellness class for people living with Parkinson’s Disease and their care partners. Sessions include evidence-based exercises adapted for all participants in a supportive environment led by licensed physical therapists specializing in Parkinson’s Disease, utilizing LSVT BIG and PWR!Moves techniques.
Limited class sizes to ensure personalized attention and safety
Participants must be able to ambulate safely without an assistive device
