Care Philosophy:
I strive to provide a supportive space for clients to grow confident in their bodies especially as we all age. I enjoy learning what interests clients and tailor each intervention to your interests and goals. That may include balance training with your dog outside our clinic! We most likely will be laughing and enjoying our sessions together- afterall PT should be exciting, new, maybe a little challenging and confidence inspiring. You may even leave your PT session with a proud smile on your face.
Outside the Clinic:
Find me exploring the outdoors, either in the water at Pine Point surfing, in the mountains, backcountry skiing across northern Maine and backpacking the Bigelows, or trail running through parks in Portland. In my downtime, I enjoy painting cards with watercolors, teaching group fitness classes to local Portland communities and making latte art with a strong espresso at home.
