Care Philosophy:
There is no one size fits all. Your health journey should be as unique as you are. I establish partnerships with my patients, their families and other members of their healthcare team to identify goals and find creative ways to achieve them. Integrating evidence-based practice with patient centered care is my focus. Physical therapy should be active, engaging and in service towards achieving a higher level of understanding and self-efficacy in managing  ones health.

Outside the Clinic:
A former wrestler, I now stay active training Brazilian Jui Jitsu. I enjoy hiking, hunting and being outdoors. I’ve been a registered whitewater guide in the state of Maine for 10 years and love leading river trips with friends and family. In quieter moments I enjoy reading and writing poetry and medical narrative.
