I am passionate about providing function-focused care that is individualized to help my patients meet their goals. I emphasize a team approach and provide education along with physical treatment so patients feel more confident in managing their symptoms on their own. I enjoy getting to know my patients and making therapy fun!

Outside the Clinic:
When I'm not in the clinic, I like to spend as much time as possible outside, usually running, biking, hiking, skiing or swimming. I love exploring all Maine has to offer from mountains to islands to restaurants and small towns. I also enjoy baking, trying new crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
