Care Philosophy:
My approach to physical therapy is centered on helping patients improve their quality of life and move with confidence in their everyday activities. I believe that meaningful progress happens when care is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in a clear understanding of each patient’s goals. Whether treating orthopedic injuries or vestibular conditions, I focus on restoring function, reducing pain or dizziness, and empowering patients with the tools they need to manage their health long-term. I emphasize sustainable movement strategies and education that support a balanced lifestyle, allowing patients not only to recover, but to stay active, independent, and engaged in the things that matter most to them.
Outside the Clinic:
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me hiking, at the gym, playing with my cat, or working my way through all the restaurants in Portland.
