I am committed to providing care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized, recognizing that each person’s goals, values, and life roles are unique.

Outside the Clinic: I love to spend time outdoors- hiking the NH 4,000 footers, kayaking, running, skiing, and biking are some of my favorite activities. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, cooking new recipes, and watercolor painting.
