I approach our physical therapy relationship using a team-based mindset with a focus on education. If you leave your time here with a better understanding of your body, how it moves, and how you can move it to keep doing what you want to be doing, that’s success in my book.

Outside the Clinic:
I enjoy being outside, whether that’s riding my bike and running in beautiful places in the summer, or skiing in the winter. I’m excited by travel to new places, both near and far. I also enjoy learning new things - ask me about my recent birding hobby!
