Care Philosophy:
I treat with a focus on evidence-based practice and I prioritize collaborative decision making with patients. I strive for my interventions to be focused on meaningful function and dictated by patient goals. I believe it is never too late to take ownership of your strength and function and improve your quality of life.

Outside the Clinic:
I love to trail run, paddle board, garden, and ocean dip no matter the month! I enjoy reading fantasy novels and making art. Most weekends you will likely find me and my husband renovating our home.
