Care Philosophy:
I enjoy connecting with my patients to establish a trusting therapeutic alliance. I believe that establishing this therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of healthcare; our expertise means less if our patients don’t feel listened to and understood. Using active listening techniques, we will work together to develop an evidence-based plan to reach your goals in ways that are meaningful to you.

Outside the Clinic:
I was born and raised in Southern Maine and enjoy being active in the community and in nature. You’ll find me fly fishing on the Presumpscot River and exploring the coast and Portland with my wife, two sons, and dog, Chiquito.
