Care Philosophy:
I believe physical therapy is most effective when people feel truly heard, seen, and supported. My care is grounded in evidence-based practice and focused on movement that builds strength, confidence, and independence while challenging and empowering individuals to reach their goals.

Outside the Clinic:
I enjoy staying active through running and biking and embracing the joyful chaos that comes with life with young kids. When we can, you’ll find us hiking the mountains of Maine and New Hampshire, spending time at the beach, drinking good coffee, and making the most of every outdoor adventure. At the end of the day, I’m usually snuggled up with my sweet dog, Maya, enjoying a quiet moment.
